Pumpkins!

We made our annual trip to the pumpkin patch last weekend.  The weather was a little cool, but it was sunny and overall not too bad.  Actually, it was what Mark would call “A Perfect Fall Day”.   We put Ben in the stroller and I strapped Nate into his carrier where he promptly fell asleep.  For some reason Ben was very intent on putting his nose on the side of his stroller.

The big boys chose their pumpkins…

The pumpkin patch is run by a local farm.  They have great produce at this time of year, and we made sure to stock up on butternut squash, cauliflower, apples and cider before we went home.  Jonny was excited to learn that there is an apple variety named after him!

If it wasn’t for the 40 degree rain, I could really learn to love fall!

40 degree rain is NOT the highlight of fall! Fall is my favorite season though I am from a place generally a bit colder than where I live now…

The boys look like they had a great time. When we went to the punkin patch there were lots of babies in front carriers.

I love Nate’s halloween outfit and it looks like Ben might have a new haircut!?

The photos are wonderful (what kind of camera do you use?).

Looks like the day was gorgeous! Fall is my favorite season, however we haven’t had much nice fall weather yet. Lately its just been very cold, rainy and dreary (possible snow mixed with the rain tomorrow!!)

I love the pic of Ben with his nose pushed up against the stroller, LOL! Looks like something Jess used to do.

And that photo of Nate is precious…what a cute little pumpkin he makes (the pick of the patch!!) 😉

Sounds like you had a great day! There’s nothing like going to the cider mill & pumpkin patch.

I watched the news last night and saw something about central Pennsylvania getting hit with a foot of snow. Did it hit you all? I hope not. Then fall would really be no fun. 🙂
